Life At-a-Glance
This is a Blog of healing and hope for people caught up in life's trials. Here I will share some very powerful tools that are simple and easy to use that were given to me by a professional counsellor. The main subject is Coming Back to Spirit but I will animate with my experiences surviving abusive relationships.
I managed to come away from abusive relationships to find healing, safety and solace and eventually peace, grace and wisdom.
The power of the tools I will share here is unmatched with anything I have ever seen or studied, and each has helped me beyond measure. They are easily remembered and once you see a diagram you will be forever impacted by its truth and wisdom. All this can belong to you too.
These tools have helped me rise above each trial to find a sense of calm in the center of the storm. They have helped me stay safe and away from those who would otherwise cause pain and trauma to my life...join me as I share the past that brought me forward to peace.
